Horrible. We booked in January and got there in May, and they couldn't get us the two triple rooms when we arrived. We had to stay the first night at Castilla I and it was dirty and awful and didn't have a bathroom or toilet. We had to walk there in the middle of the night with our heavy luggage, the staff would not provide a taxi. They promised us not to pay for this room, but when we checked out the boss didn't believe us. He got very angry when we tried to explain the situation so we didn't dare to do anything than to pay every coin. He was very threatening and yelled after us when we left the Hostal.
This is a perfect accommodotation for the simple turists. It is quite place and very close to the city centre. The finishing are not beatiful, but it is very clean and with all the necessities (TV included).

Heating was too hot and the hotel didn't have a reception because is located in hostel Castilla II. That is in front of the street, very near but without a notice about this.

I have no idea what this hotel was like because when we arrived, we were told that the bathrooms were under repair and that they had made accomodations for us to stay in another hostel 15 minutes away..walking! They didn't even arrange transportation for us to the next hostel. The staff indicated they had tried to contact us but we received no email. As well, when we got to the hotel they had arranged, the room was not what we expected. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Thank goodness it was at the end of our holiday and we were going home soon after.

carpets in the corridors will reduce noise in the night a lot felt on the chair legs, bed stands will also reduce noise in the night a lot (or also carpets) room doors close very loud if thy are closed from the corridor in general, very nice but the noise level in the night is not good

Forget the car : useless and expensive also to have it idle. Hope they changed lock or key (15 minutes trial to unlock every time !)
Had problems with the water system (hot & cold) because of road works on the street below. Beautiful, marbled floored room though. Located 5/10 mins walk from heaps or bars and resturants. Will stay there again.
