Hi, We were very happy about our stay. We lost a computer though in the entrance hall one morning, which was not too good. Wonderful staff, the rooms could be a little bit more practical with more hooks in the bathroom for instance, otherwise ok. Very hard beds and couchins in 102, I had a hurting back for one week. Top location! 5-10 minutes to placa cataluna, next metro 5 minutes to walk! Unfortunately I´ve chosen a room with shared bathroom and the room was not renovated yet! But it was ok for sleeping! The staff was super friendly and speaks german, english, french!

Marc at the front desk gave me good directions to the hostel. He speaks German too so that can be a plus. Tamara accidently overcharged me for my room, which quite honestly I probably would not have noticed. She followed-up by letting me know what happened and corrected the error. There are honest people in the world!!! I enjoyed my stay there very much and would come back again.
