WOW !!!!!THIS HOSTEL WAS AND IS FANTASTIC. THE ONLY NIGGLE IS THAT OUR STAY WASNT LONGER. THE BEST HOSTEL WE HAVE EVER USED

extremely noisy all night if your room is on the street - not even tolerable. one staff member unlocked our door and walked into the room unannouced which was a bit surprising. we had no remote for the air conditioner and asked three times if we could have one.. they did´nt get back to us until we asked firmly again the next day. clean rooms and location is good, except for the fact it is on a major street which never rests

The hostel is very well located close to the main attractions in Madrid and to the subway. The staf are friendly and helpful. The roon has a safety box, but you will need to pay one Euro every time you open it. The entrance of the building is a bit shabby but the hostel and rooms are nice and clean. They change the bed sheets and towles every day. One problem is that the floor of the room is a bit noisy, and the computer is too old and does not work properly.

This hostel was in a great location!! Close to everything!! The staff were not that friendly, and the hostel was rundown. It is a good place for people who do not mind being up all night. It is on one of the busiest streets in Madrid, and is very loud 24/7. But for the money it was good, and once again, EXCELLENT LOCATION! We would stay again.
Madrid doesn´t sleep till the early hours of the morning and our room backed onto the street. They aren´t very sound proof, but the rooms are very clean & spacious. Its very close to Sol Plaza, it was a great place to stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.

L'hotel était bien situé, dans le centre de l'action. Par contre, il fallait laisser les clés à la réception et tout le monde y avait accès; bonjour la sécurité! Et je n'ai pas voulu leur laisser et je me suis fait engueulée!! Puis, le matin, à 10h30, nous n'étions pas levées, la femme de ménage est entrées dans la chambre et nous a fait signe de partir! pour une ville où on se couche à 7h le matin, c'était pas très apprécié!
