Great hostel on a super location in the heart of Madrid!
The location is perfect to see Madrid and also to use as a base to eplore the villages close by. We booked for 2 days and stayed an extra 3. Would be better if staff understood a bit more english as we booked in on the 3rd floor but had our room on the 1st floor. Our spanish is not very good but when travelling to numerous countries who all speak different languages it is hard to perfect each language. Overall a very pleasant visit and I definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved this hostel. It has an awesome location just a few blocks from Puerta del Sol and right around the corner from Plaza Mayor. I had my keys stolen and the lovely couple that runs the place fixed everything right away and got us new keys. This place is perfect for people looking for a cheap place without the usual shortcuts. I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, very comfortable place to stay - I paid a decent rate for a single room. The hostel was pretty quiet with cheerful decorations and the checker at the desk was very nice. However, the description stated internet access, but when I asked about it, the staff said there was none (?!).
