One of the best hostels we have come across, Really friendly staff, clean room, really clean bathrooms. The bbq is amazing value and makes for a great night meeting new travellers. Can be a bit noisy at night but nothing compared to some places! Good location for all the nice parts of santiago and for Bellavista. katie, from England ~ 16th Nov 2009

One of the best hostels I´ve ever been in. The staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond. not only that but they are working to make the area better on the whole. The vibes of this place are really unpleasant,made worse by the narrow, dungeon like corridors and kitch decoration...not to mention the grim, cold room which has no heating.They will provide you with a very small heater from 7pm to 11pm.I really didn't appreciate the fact that when we asked for a taxi to the station THEY insisted on charging us 4500 pesos when all taxis charge no more than 3000 pesos!!!So we turned right out of the hostel and took a taxi 20 meters down the road.Bad choice :(...
