The tv remote control didn´t work properly, one day I coldn´t get hot water in the shower but the staff is kind and helpfull; great location close to restaurants and bars.

The property is located downtown, very good location except that if you would like to sleep there is music all night. There is no elevetor and it is tough to get suitcases to 3rd floor. It is a small room but it is OK for $20. I had paid $2 for the reservation and had to pay $18 when I came. The receptionist took a bill of $20 and told me that he will give $2 back later. He never did. I did not have soup, towel, toilet paper in the room. I had to request all this. The receptionist in the evening told me that there is hot water but in the morning there was not. I called the reception but nobody answered. The receptionist told me later that he have been drinking and slept late. At 6.30am there was no breakfast. The lady that make breakfast comes at 7.00 am and the receptionist made me only coffee. Avoid this hostel!
