I tried to change my reservation by phone and they did not let me, and since I did not have internet where I was they charged me the first day and they were really rude about it.

For a budget hostel, this place is more than adequate! The hostel is full of character, in a great location near all the shops and sights, clean and safe. There is no aircon but they do supply a fan. Very much enjoyed my stay and a great place if you are just needing somewhere to crash

4th floor room was stifling hot, with one window only for circulation. I\'d recommend asking for a lower-floor room if you can.

NIce place but I had to pay a little too much for my stay. I paid 30 a night for a small, i mean small, single room. Then people were allowed to smoke there which was fine during the day ut at night it TOTALLY STANK!! You get charged for the net too, no breakfast, and no kitchen. I dont know if i would recommend it but I couldnt say dont stay there. Ladies behind the desk were super sweet!!

Hostal Lis in a great location and really is close to everything. I wish we had a double bed though as I had booked and not 2 twin beds. The staff was nice enough although did not really speak English. Otherwise it was fine, although also a little crammed -- the room was quite small but suitable

It's in a very quiet part of town, but definitely within walking to distance to pretty much wherever. It's definitely not the place to stay, though, if you're looking to meet other travelers.

Great place! The woman at the desk when I checked in was very helpful -- lots of tourism ideas, etc.
