nice place to stay. located in the near of the gran via, the main street of madrid with a subway- station 5 minutes away. a lot of pubs and bars in near of the hostel. unfortunately there is no kitchen in the hostel, but a fridge in the room. Ronald, from Germany ~ 10th Jan 2012

Really nice place, although you have to remember that being in the middle of Madrid it can get loud - especially at weekends. Expensive, maybe, but the single rooms are huge. Nice TV, nice balcony... Teemu, from Finland ~ 24th Nov 2011

The rooms were very nice. Wide and open, with mirrors, a sink, refrigerator, and balconies. Also, magazines are available! I loved the elevator. The staff was nice, available. WiFi but no computers. No common room-I made friends waiting in line for the bathroom (there are only two). Nevertheless, I never waited more than 10 minutes. Our room faced the street, so there was a lot of noise. No lockers, no air conditioning. Overall, I really liked Miralva and would return! Lisa, from USA ~ 20th Jun 2011

We booked a 6 beds room but there were 7 beds... not too fair. Otherwise, it was OK. Also, bed sheets could be better (some dust mites were present). I am just a little allergic and I could feel it... claudio, from France ~ 24th May 2011
