Staff were unorganised. We booked bus tickets to Puerto Escondido and the hostels representitive sent us the long way which was 5 hours longer than via Acuapulco. Free meals were good.

excellent location, nice terrace on the roof. Breakfast and dineer included, which was a very good deal. A bit too noisy at early morning. Overall very good

Located directly at the Zocalo, perfect. The room was clean but the bathroom was kind of disgusting and smelled awful... Lockers in the room. The staff was very nice and we got free breakfast, lunch and internet.

Room felt very damp as there was no circulating air. There was no storage e.g. bedside table or small cupboard.

You can´t complain at 100 Pesos a night for bed, breakfast, dinner and free internet use. Excellent location too. Only downside is can be quite noisy.

The rooftop was always covered with plastic, no view, booooooo! The rooms could use a paint job, and the shower curtain in one of the rooms I stayed had mold on it, Yew!

The best thing about the hostel was the terrace above. They gave free meals up there, had some computers and had an awesome view. About the rooms, mine had a huge water stain on the ceiling from a bathroom above probably. I dont know if it was at the mold stage...rooms seemed basic, cigarette smoking in middle area would travel in through the windows.

A LOT of noise at night, you hear neighbours taking shower. Breakfasts not exactly as described on the website. Dinner DISGUSTING. You would be better up eating in the city, where you needs not to fight for a table seat. Staff sells overpriced bus tickets.
