  • THe owner was absolutely great with us, giving us breakfast after we returned from Machu Picchu even though it was after the breakfast times. The location was not far, as the town is quite small. Great for the price and of course there is free wifi. All the hostels are connected to restaurants just FYI. But the entrance is separate. Closer to the Hot Springs. Close to everything.

  • We showed up and the room was not ready and had to wait. The hostel was behind a restaurant, not very clean or welcoming. They then lost the key to the room and we were not able to lock it right away. Key was later found. Sound noise into the night. We hiked early up to Machu Picchu so we were not able to have breakfast there. Farther walk up the hill and away from main area, but only 5 min still. I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend it.

  • Out room and the bathroom were clean and there was hot water. A guy on reception was very nice and brought us towels. There was free Wi-Fi with the cutest password saying "Welcome to Peru" in Spanish. They had breakfast starting at 6 am, but we left for Machu Picchu around 5 and didn't get to try it, a little cafe with the same name right next to the hostel looked nice though. The place was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
