Good place to stay after arriving at the airport. My flight was delayed 2 hours (until 2AM) but I was greeted at the airport just the same by a staff member.

Hostal Victor can be relied on to meet you at the airport even if it takes time to get through immigration. They will be waiting with your name on a sign, a very welcome sight especially if you arrive late.

The staff was very friendly. The area, being close to the airport, isnt pleasant though. But this doesnt matter at all if you want to spend one night there. The bed was great. The room was clean. For a night absolutely okay.

I'll stay again if I find myself on a layover of a few night hours in Lima. My friendly, pre-arranged driver ($10 worthwhile investment) was waiting when my flight arrived at 1:00 am, two hours late. Granted, the 8 minute drive from airport is through a questionable red-light/industrial neighborhood but hotel is behind a heavy, locked gate. Clean, comfy, basic room, hot shower, good breakfast, great staff. Morning clerk even went out to hail me a safe taxi back to airport and rode along to keep me company and make sure they didn't overcharge me. Good choice.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. But it does get cold at night and the bedding wasnt enough when I stayed, so you might have to wear a jacket to bed.

The only reason to stay at this place is if you have a flight getting in late and then are leaving on an early flight the next morning. It works great for that. But if you're not looking for a place convenient to the airport, don't stay here. The rooms are kind of dark and dank, and it's not in an area where you should go outside alone. But the staff was very nice and helpful and it's convenient to the airport.

Preguntar anticipado el valor del transfer aeropuerto-hostal,porque no siempre es US7,como dicen en internet y no les gusta aceptar tarjeta de credito,le podrìan decir que no funciona la màquina,lleve efectivo.
Si es por una noche y cerca del aeropuerto es perfecto,buen servicio y limpio y muy tranquilo,se duerme en buenas camas. No hay servicio de comida y no es bueno salir del recinto

The management couldn't have been nicer. Picked us up at the airport (although it wasn't free as was stated in Footprint guide.) Breakfast was surprisingly excellent. Location wasn't great. Scary area of town.
