My room was next to the front office space and was a bit noisy, especially if you want to take a nap during the day.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We missed our airport pickup service. But it is a very nice service they offer. They room was dirty, and we had a few bites by morning. Their was hot water everyday and the staff were very very very nice and helpful. Really if you just need a place to stay and can handle a little dirt, save yourself some money and stay here. If you have to the money to stay somewhere else, then you should check out other places.

The Hostel was very dirty. Very cheap, and just a place to lay your head at night. It is close to the center but I don't think the Hostel was as nice as it appears through the pictures. the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and kind.

The pickup service from the airport is great. Julianne speaks some English and is very nice and helpful. No one else speaks English, but all are extremely nice and helpful. Location is excellent.

A good low-budget option. The rooms were clean, cute, and a little chilly. There were no space heaters in the rooms but lots of blankets on the bed and nice hot water. A pretty basic option but clean and nicely maintained. The staff is friendly. You can store luggage there for no cost while you hike the Inca Trail, for example. When I was there the phone line went out and I couldn't receive any calls. Good location close to the main Plaza.

They completely "lost" my reservation! Fortunately, I was able to find another hostal nearby. Print out and KEEP your confirmation (though they were full up anyway; what good would that have done?). But their location is EXCELLENT: one long block from the Plaza de Armas.
