GREAT LOCATION!!!! A short bus ride from the central train station. Right across from the pier...minutes from the ferry, bus, and hyrdofoils. The staff was great and very helpful in giving tips on where to visit and eat during our stay. They even had a few computers for guests to use during their stay for free. I would highly recommend staying here!!!!

we have a great time at the bella capri.. alfredo and anastazio were wonderful and friendly, know well about the area and trips... hotel clean and secure, definetively a great choice... just across the bay to take ship to capri.. close to train station. wonderful stay... recommend anyone to come over.

Location is good, right in front of the port, and 10min away from train main station. Rooms are good, a little bit small maybe, but clean and well equipped.
Staff is very helpfull and informed, ask anything, they have the answer!

The staff was very nice and the hostel itself is great. It was pretty quiet while I was there. The free breakfast is one of the bests I have experienced at a hostel.

Excellent staff. Flexible and informative service-minded attitudes which are not all that common in Italy. The city itself was generally being renovated and seemed more of a construction site in April 2009, but the Hotel and University staff were tremendously sympathic and helpful.

It was a very nice hostel, the staff very helpful. Nice with a kitchen to cook in at night!Right next to ferries and busses, and the area felt safe.The only "bad" thing was that my room, the 4femaleroom,was right on the other side of the wallto the computers and the livingroom, which was quitenoisy at times.
