Me and my friend, we had great stay in Bella Capri. Alberto and other girl at the reception provided useful advices not only about Naples but also other places we wanted to see in Italy. Also hostel was very clean, they cleaned our room every day. Hostel is really located centrally, closed to most worth visiting places. Great stay, thanks a lot.

Brilliant location and super friendly staff in this hostel that is much more like a hotel. TV, hairdryer, free internet AND the all important Air Conditioning!! Can't reccomend this place enough.

My first impression of it wasnt great. But the staff are really friendly. There is an elevator and aircon. Toilets and showers both in the room and in hallway. Kitchen, breakfast, free wifi and computer use. Its really great location near any bus to capri, pompei etc. Highly recommend it.

great location and extremely friendly staff. not sure how much of a party hostel this was as i was only there for 1 night, but it seemed like a friendly crowd. breakfast was toast/cereal/milk/coffee... naples is extremely overhyped about its crime/dirtiness....we walked ALL of naples that day and it seemed like a typical Italian city -- chaotic, busy with a typical city vibe -- if you do go to naples, check this place out.

Don't let your first impressions of Napoli put you off. The Bella Capri was very safe (Two security doors, 24 hour surveillance and large lockers for all). The rooms and bathrooms were all cleaned daily, with no lockout. Above all, the staff were amongst the best I have come across - friendly, knowledgable and always eager to help out. This is a great option for Napoli.
this is the best place i ve staied in in italy-and probably not only... nice environent,clean, nice personel, lockers for every person, air condition in the room, free internet,breakfast, its more than i could expect for the price.one of the best surprices of my trip
