This place is, what a hostel should be. it\'s clean and comfortable. But the great thing is, it\'s right in the center of the city. It wasn\'t a very funny place. There were warnings about staying silent. I believe, there are two kind of travelers: first, they spend most of the time in hostel. send emails, drink and socialize with other people IN THE hostel. If you are of that kind, this place is not for you. As second, like me and girl friend, if you\'re like \"go outside in the morning and don\'t return \'till there are scars under your feet\" (I mean if you are looking a place just to sleep and put your belongings) then that\'s your place. The staff was nice and willing to help. At the end, it\'s a good to place to stay in Florence.

Very noisy, but great location and nice staff.
Great location. Close to the Uffizzi and walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio. Felt very safe and clean; although it had a strong smell of bleach...but that meant it had been cleaned. Location, location, location. The hostel staff was quite helpful and spoke English, a big plus.

This hostel was our best choice we made since we got here in europe. The room is very quite at night so you can rest and sleep pacefully without any noise. Staff is allways available for you 24h, they help you in any questions you have. Bathrooms are extremly clean, and inside you have hire-dryer. The location is perfect so close to the uffizzi, duomo, academy gallery, all in 5 min. We had so much fun in this hostel, and next time we come back in florence for sure will stay here again.
One of the greatest hostel I have been. The staff made our stay memorable, helping us when we needed, suggesting where to go what to do, taking care of us. I will never forget you, recommend this place to everybody.

This hostel has a great location. It is very close to the Uffizi. Our room was nice, but the bathroom was not clean and we never got towels.

The Hostel Veronique is located in the city centre near a marked.. They start working at the marked at 05.30 and it was very noisy and we had to sleep with the window closed the whole night. There was a fan but it sounded like an WW2 bomber that was about to take off. Because off the heat and noise outside during the night we didnt get that much sleep. The staff was very frindly and helped us with whatever question we had. They actually lived nextdoor and was awailable 24 hours. It was very little value for money and its definitly not worth to pay that much for so little. We will never stay there again.
