It's not a bad hostel..The value of money is great since the price is quite low. The locatuon is quite good since it's 1 minute walk from underground station and it's quite safe to walk at night..It's not quiet, but quite convenient since it has a bar, cafe, restaurant and other necessary facilities already. I had a good night sleep, but it would be much more pleasant if it was cleanier..Anyway, considering the unbelievably low price, I am quite satisfied with the hostel. Shuo, from China ~ 8th Feb 2012

i recommend to have internal locks for the shared room guests so as they will keep their small bag may be pyjamma or some other important thing. you should have more current information about the hostel cafeteria bars and other facilities. otherwise it was fantastic and nice time. i recommend people to stay in this hostel because they will get the value of their money. regards Suleaman, from Sweden ~ 29th Dec 2011

The room was clean, the sheets, blankets, in-room shower were clean. It was quiet (in the winter),warm and comfortable. The internet connection cost extra but worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the mattresses felt as if they were stuffed with rocks and the bathroom was far down the hall and it did not smell pleasant. Still, it was located right by the Underground station and we had a very pleasant two night stay. I would come back here again. Craig, from USA ~ 21st Dec 2011

this hostel was atrocious in nearly all aspects. especially the staff. every single one we encountered far outweighed the worst customer service we have previously experienced anywhere. even our simple queries were met with a great deal of disdain and very problematic attitude. the worst example of this would be when attempting to find utensils to use in the kitchen, we were told to wait will the staff read her book, and then were charged to hire plastic spoons. very disgusted overall. rate 0% Harry, from Australia ~ 29th Oct 2011

when i arrived the bags room has lots of water in the floor,and they put our bags there before chek-in?!!,is missing a smile in the staff,maybe they dont like to work there,and dont have free wi-fi,they told me that i have to pay 3 pounds a day!!!nice way to make mooney,somebody have to tell them that sky,phone,wi-fi,tv is 20 pounds a month. pedro, from Portugal ~ 27th Oct 2011

Bad beds, very noisy people shouting and drinking in front of the hostel! couldnt sleep more than 3hrs. Bathrooms unclean but like many other normal hostels.
