When we arrived, the only thing they knew about the reservation was our name. They didn`t know number of guests, type of room, number of days.They gave us a very, very small for mitory type of room but for the same price. On your site, it is mentioned there is no fee for the reservation. The hostel staff told us that 10 % we paid in advance was to you. The surrounding is very, very noisy.
