Amazing hostel, very nice staff, and easy to meet many people from all around the world. Very cheap and secure. The location is good, only 5-10 minutes walking from the central station. If i go back to rome, i will for sure stay there again. Bruno, from Brazil ~ 28th Jan 2012

As good as you could possibly hope for a hostel in the Termini-area of Rome, Alessandro Palace Hostel is most definitely a place to recommend for the price-concious traveller. Very cool staff indeed and a bar that's open off-season. What more could one ask for? Trond, from Denmark ~ 23rd Jan 2012

Very comfortable stay, but a lot of inconveniences. No towels, you have to buy "tokens" and "tickets" for practically everything such as drinks and breakfast, and you have to sit in the bar to get wi-fi although they claim to have wi-fi on every floor. We were stopped at the elevator and asked to show some proof that we had a room. Good security, I guess. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the staff was helpful. We liked most of the hostel. And if we are going back to Rome, Im booking this hostel again. What i did miss was a commonroom in the sense of just hanging during the day.. You had the bar but it was more of a stale Atmosphere and more welcoming during bar hours... Some sofas and such would be nice.. Or a sepret tv room.. One more thing that was to bad was the fact that all the rooms were not connected to the same building.. u had to cross the street to access a few of them..
