We found all the front desk staff to be very informative and friendly. Having access to the internet was very handy.

They have absolutely no control on who is sleeping in each bed. One night, I arrived at the hostel at 3 a.m. and there was someone sleeping in my bed. This is very very inconvenient and caused problems to several guests.

This hostel claims a TON of ammenities that aren\'t really true: \\\"phone\\\" means you have to buy a phone card that you can only use at their phone, \\\"pizza party\\\" means two pizzas so good luck getting some, \\\"lockers\\\" mean big enough to leave a passport and a cell phone maybe, and the biggest deal? AIR CONDITIONING that is only on when you are sleeping (if that).

Hostel Alessandro Palace was great, a short walk from Termini Station which then gets you to anywhere in Rome... Clean, comfortable rooms; friendly staff; great festive bar with free breakfast and daily pizza evenings (perfect for budgeters.) Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed her for 5 nights, first 3 in 4 bed dorm, last 2 in private double room. Both were very nice rooms. Ensuite in both. Cleaned daily. Really nice staff, who are extremely helpful. The staff make this hostel standout, havent seen many like it. There is a bar which is alright to meet new people. We would come back.

Nice staff and nice rooms! But they put me in a room with other people, which is ok, but I had to share a double bed with a girl I\'ve never seem before! hahaha!
