Good room, nice and cheap, just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, and this place was fine. Supermarket just around the corner, so very convenient. No lift, and hallway up to hostel smelt, but hostel itself was fine, and bathrooms nice and clean

This hostel is very cheap and staff are good, BUT my room smelled very bad. The room door could be locked, but the door of this building was completely broken. Anyone can get inside of the building. There wasn't any electric facilities, maybe summer season is so hot. However, if you stay at least 3 days in the city and need the registration support, it may be good, coz the cost of the registration is just 100 rubles. In addition, there are a lot of Russian tourists.

I think that for a price this low, it's a really good catch. Most people who stay there are friendly, even if you can't speak russian. It's a really great place to stay, with Victory Park near you. The place is really clean and there's kitchen for people who wants to cook their own meals. I love this hostel very much. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to Petersburg. The area is very safe and there's a lot of small cafes nearby. It's in between two Metro stations, I wouldn't say that it's a short walk while lugging your luggage to the hostel for the first time and then realising that it's on the fourth level with no lifts. But after that, everything just gets better. If you are on budget holiday to Petersburg, this is really a highly recommended place to stay.

reception and left lugguage room are on 4th floor without lift , would be a problem for heavy luguage guest. the hostel a bit far from metro station but once you get to the metro you can travel anywhere in st.peter.if they can move left lugguage room to ground floor will be perfect.

There was not enough keys to our room, only two keys for five people. That was a little problematic at times. Also the hostel was a little difficult to find when we first arrived at dark, since there wasnt much lights on the road. Else everything was fine. Thanks for a nice stay.

We enjoy our passage in the hostel. Staff is very nice and they help us very good to regularize our papers. A problem is that all is very old and for exemple it is mouldy and black in the showers. It's a pity.

The chef was totally awesome, great guy. The receptionist with red curly hair was kewl, but the rest were lame!!!! Great rooms and great showers and toilets. Not many people though so kinda boring. Better than Moscow for sure. Note to all Russians:Russians need to be more friendly and less racist!!!!! Big world out there, get used to it!!!!

The place had the basics, showers, toilets, clean linen but was pretty run down. . I have had better accommodation for the price in other Eastern Europe companies. However, the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
