This was my first time ever in a hostel and i must say i was very happy with the hostel itself. The staff were overall friendly and the food was good. the rooms are comfortable enough. My only challenge was the "roomates," they were noisy.

You have hot water, towels, linen, and toilette paper--good stuff. You get free breakfast and dinner--great! You get a noisy tin safe and there's usually a big party every night--sometimes a band--don't expect much good sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you'll need ear plugs and possibly a mask for your eyes. Staff is friendly and are there to help. Overall a good hostel.

Great location! Short walk to the Zocalo and metro. Free meals are a huge plus. The lockers in the dorms were great too. I could fit my whole backpack in there no problem. The main bartender was the biggest a-hole ever! He was so incredibly rude to me on my first day. My roommates told me similar stories. Other staff were nice. Overall, it was a bit dirty, but it\'s a hostel, so it\'s what I expected. I would recommend it, just don\'t ask that bartender to help you with anything!

not all that clean, but totally awesome hostel with a massive party at the bar every night, bartender pouring tequila down everyones throats, totally a blast. not that clean though, the bathrooms are a scene, but fuck it, whatever, place was awesome.

The tours are a bit of a ripoff and the guy in the bar just want your money, but otherwize its great!

Made us change rooms 3 times for no apparent reason, and kept losing our reservation and saying we hadn´t paid yet. The bar plays incredibly loud music, which makes it difficult to have yet another conversation with the staff about why you have to change rooms again. The food was bland and not very good, although it was free.

If you want a party hostel this is the place to be in Mex city, the bar keeps going till late, the staff are friendly, welcoming and love to party! Plus good basic brekkie !
