Hostel Beautiful 2 in Paris, Italy

Location is great, the double room is nice, but it's more like a hotel than a hostel. The breakfast is in a bakery next to the building, no kitchen, lots of noise during the night, minimum security (entrance to the building and to the dorms floor is always unlocked). The hostel smelled bad and was cold at night. There were four of us and they only gave us three towels and one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. The front desk staff was not friendly and the man that worked in the common room was very rude with his tv blaring, computer volume high and screaming in the phone. My girlfriend was hit by the bed bugs - twice!I managed to avoid such beds and was fine.Once we brought this to the attention of the managment they put us in a different room and we slept soundly. Great location, just to Termini, Metro station and Bus shatle. The staff is very helpful and nice. The cleanliness is ok, bear in mind that in Rome the bathroom are not big, actually very small and extra thing inside are not included.
