One of the best hostels I've known: cosy and well located, with a nice and helpful staff.

This was my first stay in a Hostel so I really cannot compare them to anywhere else. However I thought it was a very well run business. Staff was super friendly and helpful...

Second time here, on the way out from Costa Rica. Definitely better the second time around. After running around so much it was nice to have a familiar place to stay.

This place was a great way to start and finish our trip. The pool table was a great way to make some friends, and I loved having all those books available. You\'re also very close to a bus stop, but not located in San Jose, so it\'s quiet. Definitely stay here as a good starting point for your trip to Costa Rica!

Good place to spend a night in San Jose! They have good breakfast and rooms are clean. Location is safe and that's important in San Jose. But if you leave the country I would recommend you to stay in Hostel Maleku in Alajuela near the airport. This place is excellent and they have free shuttles to the airport.
