This was the most amazing hostel ever. I could not say enough great things about this hostel. The rooms were great, with free wireless and AC. The staff was so helpful! Any question or anything they helped. And they pretty much set up our entire tour of Egypt, it was great, they also helped us to places to make sure we were on time and on the right train! AMAZING! I would reccommend any one to stay here!
Great place and great staff! Near from the Egyptian museum. Air-condition is very nice otherwise very hot. If I ever come back to Cairo I will definitely come back here!
This hostel was more wonderful than we could have imagined or asked for. We flew down to Egypt for a quick weekend, and ended up finding a family among the staff (and friends) from the Brothers Hostel. They thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable, from free pickup at the airport at 3 a.m., to free drivers that escorted us to the pyramids, dinner, and the bazaars - Mustafa and Mohamed (the brothers who own the hostel) even accompanied us to smoke shisha and on a Nile dinner cruise with belly dancing! They were absolutely fabulous and make our trip incredible, and when I return to Egypt I will stay there again. They recommend tours, places to shop, have a great network of staff, have a shelf full of games and guidebooks, have three bathrooms and showers that have shampoo provided, and have cheap water and soda available if you want it. Oh I almost forgot! The hostel has a great location; two minutes walk from the Nile, about a 15 minute drive from the pyramids, it\'s right in the heart of the true city where you can see the locals are regular streets and brave the shop owners and traffic that make Cairo so busy and colorful. You will love your stay here, I promise. We miss you Mohamed and Mustafa!
Ive been to several hostels in europe, and I must admit none of them came any where close to Hostel Brothers. I probably asked them 80 questions and they answered all them with no problem. In other words, the staff was extremely friendly. Hostel brothers also picked me up from the airport at 4am. One other thing I really liked about this hostel is that they have a lot of organized guided and unguided tours. For example, they can organize for you to go to Giza, Luxor, a Nile Cruise, Alexandria. The location is in the heart of downtown. When I come back to Cairo, I will definietely stay here again!!!!

Good stay here and comfortable room with aircondition,I had good sleep here.If you want to come in summer,here is best choice for you. It is located in the center of cairo,so you can do shopping and have dinner quite easily.The staff here are quite helpful and always with nice smile.You can talk with them easily just like friend.

Lovely hostel in the middle of town with a great view over the busteling Talaat Harb street, super comfy beds and towels folded into swan form! Staff are amazing and showers are hot and powerfull... Couldn't have asked for anything better! Just a bit difficult to find if you don't know exactly where it is!
Hostel Brothers is awesome! The staff is very nice and helpful. Summer is really cool. Hostel is centrally located., 5 minutes from teh museum and 1 minute from the movie theater. This is where the party is at.
OMG!!!!!!!! I have to say this is the BEST hostel in Egypt. I flew here without any plan but all staff friendly helped me to organize whole my trip to Aswan, Luxor and desert~!!! I would definitely recommend to you all who wish to have a great time in Egypt!!!! Particularly Ahmed will take you and pick you up wherever you go. He will be your man when you are in Cairo. ;)
