- “ This was a very cheap option for a short stay, but still found the room to be of a poor standard with grubby sheets. Rather institutional feel to the whole place. Breakfast not bad. ”

- “ They didnt pick me up from airport, although i phoned them twice nd they promised me they would come. I arrived very late at night and had to pay for a night taxi that was very expensive. Then they put me in a very noisy room, although the hostel was totally free. I coulndt have any sleep that night and i left the following day although i had a reservation for 2 nights. When i left, the staff was very unpolite with me and didn´t even apologize for anything. ”

- “ Do NOT go on the tour! They lied to me and they ri[pped me off. Also, the tour guides were disrespectful throughout the trip. They drank a bottle of alcohol which I got and then denied it. Whatever you do, don't go to the Pantanal with this company. ”
