Best hostel I've stayed in so far. I recommend the private rooms. Breakfast was a farse, but it`s the same all over Argentina.

Pay attention to this message: I have stayed at several hostels but rarely rate them. Cliches aside, this is the BEST HOSTEL I HAVE STAYED AT! Great helpful staff, clean and the private rooms are awesome.****Four Star**** By the way, there is a Parilla up the street called "Nuestra Parilla" VERY GOOD food super cheap. It is on the left just past El Mercado de San Telmo. Get the 'Choripan' Chorizo on Bread). It is like 6 or 8 pesos. Family run restaurant. CARLOS GARDEL ROCKS!!!!!!!!

I would have liked this hostel a lot better if smoking wasn\'t allowed in dorms and if the showers in the unisex bathrooms had more than a see-through curtain for privacy. Breakfast is mediocre and the staff are ok. It\'s in a beautiful building and a decent location in San Telmo, but you can pay less in better quality hostels nearby.

Lot´s of noisy made by some guests could be avoided. There were two restrooms that could be addressed one to men and the other to women, but they were mixed. The staff was very good, however, they shoul, in my opinion, be more strict with some noisy guests. The price is fantastic. The best in Buenos Aires. The city is worderful.

Nice, relaxed atmosphere in great neighboorhood. A bit chilly during the night, but not too cold. Lovely staff, and average breakfast.

The hostel as a whole was clean, however our stay on the terrace wasn't comfortable because the shower and toilet were in the same tiled room. In addition, the toilet barely worked.

nice hostel, friendly staff, and they offer great things to do each night. the only bad thing is the lack of cleanliness.. our room/blankets smelled like sweat and stinky feet.. but if you can deal, its a cool place to stay!
