We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Lis.Everything was clean and new and well kept.The hot shower was delicious.We had a private room, which was reasonably priced, and large enough to actually unpack our things, with plenty of shelves, and even a few hangers.Breakfast was very good, and also reasonably priced at $4. Lis was very helpful in arranging tours, as well as advising us on things to do on our own.We stayed 6 nights, and were sad to leave at the end.A most enjoyable visit! carla, from USA ~ 10th Mar 2012

Casa de Lis is a BRAND NEW hostel. I stayed there in December and it had only been open for a few months I think. Maybe this was the reason why it was a little quiet (not that many people knew about it). Really nice rooms and bathrooms. Lis was very friendly and helpful. No bar or restaurant, but a decent kitchen that I cooked in each night I was there. It's also a block off a main street, so the city center is within walking distance. Alex, from USA ~ 6th Jan 2012
