The place is in downtown so you can walk to all the interesting places in Guanajuato and the hostess are very kind. Only celanliness but if you are not so especial there's no problem Rosendo, from Mexico ~ 1st Nov 2009

Of the 15 hostels I've ever stayed at, this is the worst. Women have it better here: their bathroom/shower is much cleaner. The private rooms are nicer than the dorms, but not much. Sewer system cannot handle toilet paper, so be prepared to use the nearby trashcan. Staff is also running a restaurant out of the hostel, which can be a plus or a minus, depending on your needs. The manager Maria really tries hard but we were attacked by mosquitos on our first night and had to leave. Very economical but bring bug spray.
