This place was definitely really hyped up but I'd say it delivered. Our cell room was really cool and the bar/restaurant is great. My only gripes were small things, ie internet (prices a bit exorbitant, junk computers, computers always busy), laundry (almost impossible to get the laundry key, pretty expensive), etc

One of the best hostels I've stayed in in 5 years of travelling. Came to Austria for the Euro Cup and decided to stay a few days in Slovenia.... Has such charachter to it, very fun, good bar, good food menu, good facilities, friendly staff, 5 min walk from the main train station...can't say anything bad about it.. Thanks Ljubljana from RUSSIA & CANADA!

Not a bad hostel, bar is nice, rooms are nice and clean. Little expensive.
We stay in Room 116 which is pretty cool. Unfortunately it's kinda hot for living in a small room without air conditioning in summer.

A fantastic hostel which has been sympathetically restored, is in a great location (after 11pm on a friday night...turn left out of the front door and then left again. A whole world of Slovenian sub culture.. amazing!) and generally has a good vibe. Certainly one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in.

Nice cell (yeah, your room is a cell!), friendly staff, ten minutes walk from the city centre. A bit noisy during the night.
Neat place, but just too far away from the City Center. Unlike some cities, there is no real advanatge to being away from the center Ljubljanna. Simbla Castle is a better option in my opinion.
