The location: Very good (near metro LICEU and near Las RAMBLAS). But in the street there are prostitutes, and some strangers men. This is the immigration district. But always there are a lot of people in the street So it is not so dangerous.
The flat: We don't heard the noise of the street. It isn't very clean because the proprietor make the minimum. In each rooms there isn't any window, so the room looks like cell. The sanitary is clean but old and deficient (the lavado was often plug).
The staff: The proprietor is a sympathic and beautiful man. This is right! But we pay him in cash…
So it is a good solution if you don't expect the absolute comfort and if you don’t find another hostel.

EL apartamento está muy céntrico, muy cerca de todo, y el encargado es amable y está dispuesto, pero quien vaya debe saber:
1. Son apartamentos compartidos, con baño comun (alguna habitación tiene la suerte de tener ducha, pero sólo ducha)
2. Las paredes son muy finas, con lo cual si en la habitación contigua hay un grupo de maleducados con ganas de juerga, dormir es imposible
3. Son fincas sin ascensor (al menos en la que estuve yo)
4. Las literas estan muy bien. Ponen sábanas y toallas

This place is not a hostel! The address is correct now except the number - it is number 11, 1st floor. It is a nice young guy who rents out some rooms in his apartment. I don't think the authorities knows about it... But it was fine for a few days for little money.

Location is good, but this one street Hospital is not safe at all. The room was clean, but there is place for improvment... trash bin in every room, more kitchen tool, etc. They should also make some improvments with the reservation system. It seems that I was not the only one you had a problem. In the end, we find a solution, could have been a stressful moment, espacially when you are traveling in July and Barcelona... places could been really hard to find and very expensive.

Yeah nice area to stay close enough but from enough from Rambla...Staff were ok but there like big brother they are always watching you!!!!

Apart from the extremely tight quarters, the staff made you feel comfortable and at home. Did not know too much when asked questions about their own city thought, which was a disappointment -- we had to keep going to the turist information booth instead. Location was great - just a few blocks from La Rambla.

Do not live in this hotel. I can not sleep there at all.There are only 3 rooms for living. The staff make so much and big noisy all over the night.You can hear everything happening in the whole hotel.Only one unbelievalbe small bathroom for all guests.You can hear everything happening in the bathroom.There is no windows,no cabinet,no table, no chair in the 2-bed room, only beds in 5 qm'room. The bathroom is so small that you can not ever turn around.But first of all, as a hotel, that makes you not able to sleep. So what's more?Do not live here anyway.

This "hostel" is a apartment. Hostel has no sign, event not on the bell. 2-bed room has no window, it is very hot in there. Bathroom is very small - WC and shower together and cleanness could be definitely better. In the room were wisps of hairs and dust.
Staff is very kind. I would never recommend this place to stay. But Barcelona is wonderful!
