Hostel Condesa Chapultepec in Moscow, Mexico

The staff is awfull : - Unpoylite, rude. He woke up the clients every morning to tell them to not forget to pay the night !! The place is not clean at all !! We had to did it by ourself... Finally, the "breackfast" is a piece of bread and banana ! Enjoy your meal I've traveled a lot and I stayed in many hostels. Bedbugs, no visitors or else they charge you extra, very old and run down, staff difficult to find if any ?'s.

This is not the first time this guest saty in the hostel, in fact when she arrived told that this was a nice cute hostel, but yes when she took others people food and we ask her please not to do, she got mad, then when she tryed to infiltrate her friends in to the rooms without paying, we did had to ask her to register and pay for them, they say that they didnt want to, that they will only use the room for some hours, which was a bit more strange, cause they were not wanting to understand that they should pay for the use of beds and rooms; so the rest of the complains about the bug beds, old place and staff; are completly out of place, the hostel is always available if you want to come back, but please remember that you should pay the bill to use the hostel.
