  • I've never stayed in a nicer hostel. The staff was extreme nice and helpful and always greeted you with your name and asked how you were doing when you passed by the reception. The breakfast was really good and changed every morning. The rooms are nice and clean, even the beds were made everyday. Toilets and showers were clean and the showers worked very well with both warm and cold water. Absolutely only positive things to say about this hostel.

  • fantastic hostel; well located on el Llano (Parque Juarez); great, friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff; delicious breakfast (served by a very friendly waiter) is included; nice roof terrace; good wifi; each bed has a reading light, plug and locker.

  • Very nice hostel/hotel. We had a double room with private bathroom which was comfortable, large, clean and quiet. Nothing bad to say, except maybe that the internet on the computers is slow.

  • Everybody was fantastic. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgable on places to visit or eat at. They made my stay in Oaxaca even better :) I will recommend the Hostel Don Nono to everyone. Thank you!

  • The ability to arrive at the hostel at 2:30 in the morning, following a six-hour bus ride from Mexico City and find a comfortable, clean bed without the need to hassle with checking-in/paying was incredibly helpful.
