staff excellent, provided free collection from the bus station. very helpful when booking pantanal excursion- not too pushy like other agents we met. we ended up choosing their tour to the pantanal and had an amazing trip. private rooms are very cheap compared to other places in brazil. rooms were clean and safe but poorly maintained ie paint work and fittings. would recommend it for a short stay before or after the pantanal Nessa, from Ireland ~ 29th Jan 2012
