Excellent place! If I'm in that direction again I will certainly stay there.

The hostel itself was cool, its an 800 year old building, but the staff was only semi-helpful (when they could be found). Most of them were rude. They charge 4 euro for their breakfast, which isnt worth it at all and their "internet" is a computer from 1996 with windows 1998. Then they charge you 3 euros an hour to use it. Location is pretty crappy. Overall, wouldnt recommend it.

20 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof. I wouldnt recommend walking there if u have heavy luggage as the ground is pretty rough. Lady at the reception was really nice and helpful, recommending a lot of places to go and how to get there. Hostel is equipped with a lot of maps and stuff. They had maps of FEldkirch, Liechtenstein, etc. They also had bus guides on all the buses in town and buses out of town (ie to liechtenstein or switzerlan). Bed was a little small and cramped. The room was also a little dark as well, but 12.50€ a night is quite a steal. They also had a guest kitchen where u can cook, and i think this is really useful esp if u are trying to save as much as u can. There are 2 big supermarkts on the way there from the hbf. Generally a nice place. I would stay there again if i ever went back to FEldkirch.

This is not a 'youth' hostel, majority of residents seemed to be late 40s and were longterm tennants. Staff were nice, but no social activities existed. Clean room, nice building character, but def not good if you want to meet people. And there are no dividers/stalls in the shower rooms.

There are no locks on the doors - but that didn\'t really matter as Feldkirch is such a safe atmosphere. The hostel itself is amazing, and the breakfast is great, though is 4 euro more, but that still doesn\'t put this place over the budget. Would defnitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice hostel; it looks a bit and it's decorated like a castle. It also has a (not so big) parking place, making it ideal for staying here if you intend to visit Liechtenstein or this part of Austria. The girl at the reception was nice, but she forgot not to charge us with the 10% amount payed on hostelworld in advance; we also forgot :) There was also a guy there, not so polite (he turned off the porch lights at night without any notice; and lots of "cold faces"). But overall the place is ok, above the average (considering this price range and the region).

It was a really clean, nice and well run hostel but there are not really any backpackers there. I suggest it with a group of friends.
