Rooms could use a fan to move the air around. Was on the top bunk (3rd level), and it was too hot to sleep even though window was open

Everything was great, except that the pillows didn't smell clean.

Very nice hostel! Very helpful staff! In the plateau region- one of the best neighbourhoods in town. A much smaller hostel than the pictures suggest...so not a crazy party hostel. Come with your french phrase book, as this is a very french neighbourhood. Will return!!!

The hostel is on the Ave Mont-Royal est, the street is full of cafes and bars. The building is pretty old, but as a hostel good enough. It wasn't sterilely clean, but clean like in a hostel :). We booked a private double with shared washroom and got a suite with private washroom and kitchenette for the same price. That suite in the house around the corner has no wireless though. We had to go to the main hostel area to get the internet access. Anyway we spent a couple quiet nights here.

A very nice hostel with great character. The rooms are simple and the wifi internet is great! The major downfall is the ridiculously late check-in time (5pm) as this cost me a whole day which I could of spent exploring montreal. Also they need to accept Credit Cards, other than that a great hostel!!

Staff extremely helpful! Needed to park our car and he walked out onto the street to help us find a park! There is not much hot water though, which was a bit annoying but still a great stay!

Great living room area which was good to meet people. Room was really really small though and you have to pay a dollar for 12 minutes on the internet.
