If you arrive at the Train station I recommend you to take a Taxi. Its not so expensive, adn you will get there soon. If you take the bus, it will take you to far out and you can get lost to get there. Its located outside the downtown area, but because the town is small its only like 15-20 min walk to the main square. If you stay longer I recommend you to go rafting on the river, its great..

The Hostel is average but with a Good price. Room is clean and with a good river view. Location is a bit far away from the city centre even CK is a very small town. It takes around 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town (city centre), nearby is very quiet. Poor Shower, not enough hot water for our group to finish bathing, there is no hot water after 3 persons had taken bath. Only one computer for free internet assess.

This hostel was adequate for a one night stay. The plumbing needs urgent attention. Only luke warm showeres, leaking toilets and sinks, and the hot water cylander squirts water across the bathroom! The dorm room had a lovely view of the river.

Havan hostel sits beside the beautiful river which flows through this charming old town. It's a ten minute walk to the old centre, but a pleasant one. The hostel is converted old houses, three in a row, managed energetically by Theresa. We had a lot of fun for a very reasonal, lets say cheap, price. Mike and Ellen from Australis

Really enjoyed my stay in the hostel, and the town in general. Excellent friendly staff, and the ability to organise activities. Had a dorm to myself one night and was almost like staying in a hotel room ensuite. Thanks.

Location was ok, nice to get away from touristy areas, but not fun to carry suit cases. It was nice and clean. Has a grocery store near by that was very convenient
