This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and always available, the facilities were excellent, and the room was great; they obviously did a lot to give the place charm. I'd recommend it in a second.

much much better than its neighborhood neighbor, Hostel Tamka. Breakfast is a little on the weak side, but so is Tamka's. it's friendly, good atmosphere, the pillows are the biggest I've seen in poland, and everything is spotlessly clean. It's worth the few zloty extra, trust me.

Probably the cleanest hostel we have ever stayed in. Excellent, central location and staff very helpful. Common areas are well maintained and comfortable.
Only comment for improvement is that a number of hostel guests hogged the internet doing online chatting. Maybe Helvetia could look at posting a 30 minute max per session.
Still - an excellent place to stay in Warsaw.

We enjoyed it here immensely. The hostel was well run, spotlessly clear and the young English-speaking staff very helpful. As an older couple in a double room, sharing a bathroom, we found it great. We enjoyed the breakfast and cooked successfully one evening after shopping for basics locally. The management laid on free chocolates on the Thursday, a special English-language feature film on Friday and, sadly after we left, a "free beer" evening on Saturday.

This is the hostel to stay for clean freaks, especially the bathroom and bed sheets! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need! Friendly staff. Enjoyable stay!
