A good, clean hostel with all your basic needs but very little extra. Great place for people not looking for a "party-hostel" Located right next to a supermerket and 1 minute walk from the metro, if you prefer to walk to city center that will take you only 20 minutes. For some reason the directions to the hostel are not as good as they could be. Instead of exiting the metro at I.P.Pavlova and taking the tram you should go directly to the Karlovo Namesti metro stop on the yellow line (B) wich is 1 minute walk from the hostel.

It was an amazing surprise to find out how much was offered for such a price. We had had total privacy and an really good impression of the accommodations. It is a very good place to stay and to enjoy Prague, specially for its incredible central location.

The rooms are clean, but the staff is pretty unfriendly and the building itself looks like a shabby construction site. The staff never smiled or never seemed too encouraging about us staying at their hostel. It is fairly cheap but toilet overflowed quite a lot and there was no hot water for showers (so you could shower for only ten minutes in the cold). Not terrible, but would recommend looking elsewhere.

The room wreaked of smoke!!!!! The sheets were dirty and also wreaked of smoke. The garbage bins were located by the entrance so it gave a bad first impression to begin with.
It was also extremely noisy. We heard banging (construction) starting at 7am -- it appeared that half the roof was missing and they worked on it each day we were there. Plus, we could hear the tram/bus/people on the streets all night long.

Aunque el hostal es viejo y sencillo, pero comodo, y el staff lo mantiene limpio, lo mejor es la situacion, a 2 paradas en tranvia de Mustek.
El desayuno esta incluido y la cocina es compartida , puedes hacerte tu propia comida o cafe a cualquier hora y tomartelo en el comedor. Tambien hay una nevera donde conservar tus comidas y bebidas
Hay un supermercado al lado del hostal y la parada del metro y tranvia cruzando la calle.

A nice and friendly hostel where we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen and breakfast was specially nice. We could also have coffee/tea anytime, which is very welcoming when travelling. The rooms were basic but spacious. Location was very good. I would try something else next time, but definitely recommend this.

L'ostello è situato veramente in centro a 10m dalla fermata dei tram 22 e 23 che vi portano ovunque. L'ambiente è un po' spartano ma confortevole. Se scegliete la double room con private bathroom, chiedete dell'appartamento n. 5. Ha cucina e bagno a vostra completa disposizione. Veramente comodo! :)
