Its a safe place to stay, you can really enjoy it if you are traveling by group. Its very cheap and the service is complete and nice.

Very friendly manager, accommodated our late arrival. Although it is located near the center of town, the actual street is a little sketchy. Would recommend trying to arrive during the day.

Not for meeting others: only 2 rooms, no common area. By coincidence, might be sharing one room for 4 but I had it to myself. In quiet area, unique in Cancun, near market- cheap food and goods so great location. And cheapest. I'd go back.

Sorry for the terrible ratings but I booked 4 days online and when I arrived there it was purely closed ! No sign, nothing, so I lost my deposit and had to find something else. Plus it is located in a kind of crappy street.

Nice place to stay. Security was awesome. I had to unlock three different gates/doors to get to my room. The room was clean. I had to share a bathroom and everytime I went to shower I had to smell smoke. The bathroom had some mold in there , but it wasn't over powering. My flight left at 5:00 am and the owner wanted to charge me $20 USD to arrange a taxi! Which is the price I paid for almost my time there! So take the ADO bus it is only $3.50USD.

Old area, but near some good restaurants and the public square. Felt secure. The rooms were old, but it is what you pay for. This gives you a great authentic Mexican experience, something that staying near the hotel zone lacks.

The building is old and in poor condition, very precarious. You do not have the comforts of a hostel. The local people are very friendly but the hostel is not good.

You get exactely what you pay for... it was o.k. to stay there for two nights.
