Hostel La Casa de la Luna in Florence, Uruguay

Good points: Most of staff very friendly, helpful. Tried to help me when already fully booked - offered living room. Nice view from upper balcony. Bad points: No shuttle service provided as advertised. Owner didn't answer cell. No internet. WiFi was broken and owner (there lounging) was uninterested in fixing it. Bad ethics:When I upgraded my room, she didn't credit my deposit - said "It doesn't work that way here".
