they are actually accomodation agency. they have a couple of buildings, and what you will get depends on where you stay. on the information they say they have guest kitchen, internet access, breakfast, common room, and so on. sounds like they have anything you expect to a hostel, but actually the room i stayed (5 euro one)had none of them. there were only beds and bathroom. if you need kitchen and stuff, dont stay in the 5 euro room!!! The hostel has a lot of different places to stay all around in town, we got a room in a house a bit above the city on a hill, 10-15 minutes from the centre, with a beautiful view of Sarajevo. The rooms were totally OK, and the staff at the reception helped us a lot. Zsuzsanna, from Hungary ~ 23rd Aug 2009

The staff was friendly and helpful and picked me up at the train station. The atmosphere in the hostel was nice (for those who dont mind mixed dorms). Be aware that the hostel adress online is that of the reception and not where you stay. I was in a room for 17 people (not 12 as it says online) and this was located 2min from the reception but my friends stayed in a 3 person place which turned out to be private accomodation 15 min walk from reception. (also nice but a bit deceptive to say its in Kirsten, from Norway ~ 23rd Jul 2009
