Hostel Merlin in Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic

It's very clean and peaceful hostel. Cesky Krumlov is very lovely city and hostel located in near square. You can hear sound of river in your room:D There isn't elevator and reception opens only 1000-2000. It's a little unconvenient but anyway it's very nice.

Dear Jihye and everyone! I would like to respond to the comment about our reservation time. Our reception is open 11-21h during the year and 10-21 during the summer season. We are well aware that this might be inconvenient to some guest, though we try to minimize the inconvenience (we arrange late check-ins and you can check-out outside the reception hours). We didn't have enough czech koruna to pay when arriving, and the hoster refused to charge by Euros and make us go outside again to change money. well it's understandable in czech, but i really feel comfortable especially after a long tired trip from Prague. Great location and building, but the room door can't be locked and no lockers for us to put our computers, i don't feel safe at all. YUN, from China ~ 21st Jun 2009

Great lokation! This hostel is nice looking, it has own parking place (free). Minuses: our room was wet and the bathroom's floor was dirty all the time we stay there. "Hot" water was not hot, it was a little warm generally. Teslenok, from Russia ~ 30th May 2009

Excellent location. Has designated street parking for 3 cars- a necessity if you have a car as otherwise you have to park in the public parks on the edge of town.Very quiet, small hostel. Brenda, from New Zealand ~ 14th May 2009
