- “ Mama Marrakech is a lovely hostel in the old center (medina) of Marrakech. I came by myself but didn't felt lonely once. It's a place where you easily meet other travels because of the beautiful common areas, like the roof terrace and the sitting area downstairs. There's wifi, free (tasty!) breakfast, nice bathrooms and Youssef (one of the owners) is a great guy. You can also book tours with them and they will help you out with any question you have. And last but not least, it is cheap! ”

- “ Amazing location and staff, easy to find with the directions given. Stayed for five days and the staff happily kept my bag for me while I travelled down south. Came back to spend some more time in Marrakech and everything was safe and sound. Great accommodating place, would recommend for anyone, especially great for single travellers such as myself. ”

- “ The place is in a nice location near the central square and thats why people stay. The staff was nice 3 complaints: 1- this place is impossible to find there are no signs to indicate you're at the hostel. It was explained that it keeps the locals away but when trying to take a taxi, its helpful to know you're in the right place. 2-I could never get the wifi to work 3-The rooms have no air conditioning nor did it have a fan and the window opened to an inner courtyard so there was no breeze ”

- “ Riad Mama is a great hostel, nice atsmosphere, and lovely staff, the locations is good, in a quiet area and close to all of the important things to see in Marrakesh. Unlimited tea and nice breakfast contrubute to make the hostel even better, on the other hand a better wi fi service, would increase even more the experience! ”
