The location near the metro and Wenceslas Square as well as the train station is great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The price, as compared with most places in Prague, is a bargain. At ages 61 and 62, my wife and I were certainly the youngest guests, but we would definitely stay there again.

We have enjoyed staying in a couple of hostels now but this one definitely tops the list. We rented a room that included two beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchen. The price was still significantly less per person than we would have paid in a hotel and the room was surprisingly large for a hostel setting. I think our apartment was bigger than my brother's studio apartment which says a lot for a hostel room. The room even included a breakfast nook and cooking utensils. The hostel staff were available 24hours a day and free internet service was another great perk. When it was time for us to leave a staff member made reservations for us with a recommended AAA cab company with a fixed rate that was even lower than what our guide book said we could hope for. The taxi was clean, the driver was exceptionally friendly, and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time for our 6AM departure. We really enjoyed our stay at Hostel Rosemary and its close proximity to everything in town. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

The best of this hostel is location. At the heart of Prague, 3 minutes from Hlavni Nadhazi metro and 7 minutes from Mustek -- its really comfortable. Also good security. I lived in private room. It's smaller then i'd prefer =) Shared bathroom is very good. The only problem is that there is no own kitchen at the private rooms, so i have had to go to dormitory for hot water. Anyway, this place is (maybe =)) the best choice for 1st time visitors.

We stayed in a private double, which ended up being basically a studio apartment with a full kitchen and a private bathroom. It was a great deal - really spacious and clean, and the location was close to both the train station and the old town square. I would stay there again if I went back to Prague.

The Rosemary was awesome. I would stay gain. A 5 minute walk from the train station and all the local happenings. This was the largest and cleanest Hostel we stayed at while in Europe (and some hotels in US). The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place whole-heartedly!

Hostel Rosemary was a great place to stay on our weekend in Prague. I would recommend it to anyone. Our group of six was able to have our own room complete with kitchen (including dishes and a fridge). The only downside was we had to share one bathroom with another room, and the water changed temperatures constantly.
