good place to stay on a budget. directions were very good, but staff was not. great social scene in the hostel and good location (right next to train station).

With chessboards, guitars, piano, couches, a bar, music, a terrace and a warm look, this is probably one of the best hostels I've ever been to. Its price is also reasonable (breakfast isn't included though and tbh the one they offer for € 2,50 is a ripoff). There are lockers in the rooms and that's a good thing since this hostel seems to attract the thieving (our camera was nicked).

Nice hostel, really clean and beautiful. Good area to stay and relax!!!! Easy to find, not so far from sightseeings... The best is the info center nearby.... Wonderful people!!!!! I had a good time theire... In love with Viena!!!! I recomend the hostel, the info center... And reting a bicycle theire, it was one of the best things, Viena by bicycle!!!!! =) Thanks!!!! See you in 1 or 2 years!
On the night of July 14th to July 15th I went to reception to ask for some information on how to get to the airport and the guy at reception was extremely rude and impatient. There was no reason or excuse for that behavior, he was not doing anything besides probably checking emails and still acted that way. The rest of the staff during the day was very nice, but someone needs to teach this guy how to do his job.

Very attractive and conveniently located. One staff member was a bit rude when we asked for directions to the airport (we considered that a reasonable question) but overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
