Staff there are very helpful, location is good. There is a small supermarket next to the hostel, which is very handy. You can buy the supply and cook meals. Xiang, from China ~ 12th Oct 2009

WiFi wasn't working. Comfy beds, a lot of space in the room. Lock-out from 10 to 2 pm.Having a kitche was great!! Kay, from Canada ~ 10th Oct 2009

It was nice, the rooms were really hot despite a small ceiling fan. There is a nice large dining room and two refrigerators, along with a couple vending machines -- which was awesome! Michael, from USA ~ 27th Aug 2009

I like the vibrations of this ancien couvent... I make always strange dreams during the night. And the staff is nice. And also, the district of Santo Spirito is great, far away from the tourist land ( 10 mns walk), it make you discover the popular face of firenze. VARENNE, from France ~ 31st Aug 2009

This was a nice place to stay. Very central, clean, and secure. It was however, unbearable hot in the rooms. I only went up to sleep but I would wake up with my hair drenched with sweat. The common room was pretty pleasant, and they had a stove and a microwave for cooking. Jennifer, from USA ~ 14th Aug 2009

I liked a lot. Is big, has a lot of conditions, are near everything and the bedrooms are cool and clean. If I will come to Florence, I will choose it again! raquel, from Portugal ~ 14th Aug 2009

Great place! The hostel closes for cleaning from 10-2, but honestly, if you're touring, you shouldn't still be sleeping at 10 anyway. There's a good kitchen, 2 refrigerators, free wi-fi in the common room, very clean, the rooms have lockers for your stuff (bring your own lock or buy one there), and the staff is WONDERFUL. My one word of caution: the bedrooms are HOT in the summer, because there's little to no ventilation. Ask for a top bunk. I'd definitely go back, but not in the summer. Good size kitchen but also competition to use it. Free internet was great. Location was near train station, also a plus when carrying a 40 lb. packback. Jessica, from USA ~ 28th Oct 2009
