The Hostel is a very old building and needs a renovation. It's located near the Gare de Midi / Zuidstation but the distric seems to be very dangerous espacially for women who travel alone - avoid this place!! The bed are not safe, two beds crocked up, the one was really broken-up, so I was a bit scared if my bed would crock up too. The bathroom are rubbish, the whole hostel is rubbish - espacially for that price they ask. I wouldn't recommend it anybody!! Nadia, from Switzerland ~ 7th Jun 2011

I liked the character of the area since it wasn't at all touristy, but the hostel itself seemed overpriced for what you get. Plus there's no breakfast included. I'm not sure what is on the 3rd floor, but on friday and saturday night it sounded like someone was running laps above the girls dorm. There was also random hammering late at night.
