We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the man at the front desk was. He was extremely helpful & offered us advice on where to go in the city. While there are no lockers in this particular hostel, personal security was quite good, with the doors locking at midnight, therefore only making access possible but ringing the buzzer. The only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty when we first arrived at night, but by the next morning they had been cleaned. Great place to stay! Hailey, from Canada ~ 16th Nov 2011

the bath facilities were just clean the first day when I arrived (Friday). Saturday and sunday they were not cleaned. which is unacceptable for a dormitory where lots of people are using the toilets, showers etc. Daniela, from Switzerland ~ 25th Jul 2011

The girl in the reception should receive URGENTLY some trainning on how to treat customers, or she should find another job...also the info on the website misleads cause it seems you´re booking a 1bed room and you´re actually booking like a 12bed space with no doors or lockers....at least it was clean Adolfo, from Colombia ~ 27th Jun 2011
