The staff was very friendly and protective. They gave great assistance and advice on navigating the city. They actually worked to save me money on the airport shuttle by pairing me with other riders! You will be a short walk from the grocery, bank, internet cafe, and downtown market areas. There are buses and a train literally outside the door to take you anywhere in the country. I had a great time!

We were disappointed to have to pay extra to be upgraded to a different room when it was the hostel\'s mistake.

I would not walk through the neighborhood at night but it's centrally located near downtown markets, clean, secure and very friendly! I would stay there again.

The hostel was really nice - beautiful pool and lounge chairs and hammocks. Staff was very helpful, but its a little far from the nightlife as far as I could tell. It is within walking distance to the bars on Calle de la Armagura, but if you´re looking for clubs I would definitely stay somewhere closer in towards the city. Other guests weren´t particularly social, but everyone was friendly and I´m sure if you tried you could make friends.

Don't expect any sleep. TV in common room (close to rooms) on all night. Music blasting at front desk until 11pm.
