It is totally the worst hostel I have visit in Berlin. The price compeered to what you really get this is a bad hostel and I would not go back. The rooms are very small and the place just reminds me of the dirty cheap hostels in Bangkok.

Very nice hoster.Location is very good in a quiet street and only four tram stops from Alexandeplatz. But don't ask for the sheets.The man, that receives you will answer in a very rude manner. Apart from that, good experience.

They spoke to us like they had just wiped us off their shoe and when we questioned the (questionable) location of the other hostel they wanted to take us to they got extremely aggressive and told us to f off. In short do NOT stay at this hostel. You'd really be better off finding something else.

it is on the first floor, people walk and the car run just outside my window. and there is a bar just beside, it is too loud for me to fall into sleep

We really enjoyed the location, right next to a nice park and an easy tram ride to Alexanderplatz. Nice place for 2 or 3 people traveling together. The hostel is very small, with a kitchen that almost nobody uses, so for better or for worse, there seems to be little interaction with other hostellers. Nice hostel except for smoking, which is allowed in the kitchen. It is disgusting to be eating dinner while others are puffing away. I could not believe that the owners let that happen.

A really nice hostel. Comfortable, clean, peaceful yet in a central location. Much of the city (Mitte, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauerberg) reachable also by walking. Cafés and restaurants near. Good kitchen facilities. Recommendable to anyone who likes more independent travelling and doesn\'t require services such as a hotel breakfast.

This hostel has a very good taste of east Berlin traditions: there's no reception at all, staff is very nice friendly while hardly speak english. Rooms are very clean and cosy, kitchen has everything you need to cook. They will send you a letter asking for the exact time of your check-in so if you miss this email you'll have to call them by phone and wait some time near the doors of the hostel. Highly recommended.
